The map for Gastown is wrong. Maps shows cars on Water St but in reality are 200 meters east on Powell St. It is helpful and $0.99 is cheap.

This is a great app that all car to go members should have. It is easy to use and accurate. There are two things I would like to see in an update though. 1. After you reserve a car, you can no longer view it on the map. While this is great so that other members cant track it, but if Im in an unfamiliar area I would still like to track the reserved car2go on a map. 2. A summary overview of the cost of the trip in this app would be great.

Very handy but am finding doesnt always update car locations on launch, I would expect it to auto update each time I launch app. Also finding it doesnt let me set reservation time.

Does what it says it can do except that i cannot get the travel expense estimation to work. Also would be nice to be able to show the second or third closest cars on the map in the app. Currently it opens them up in the maps app.

Works great. Location is not very far off. I cant get the trip estimate to work either. Itd be neat if theres an official app you can unlock the car with.

The trip calculator doesnt work at all. After you enter data (street address or zip code) it just returns to the blank "Enter" page.

Expense calculator does not work. Same complaint Im seeing in other reviews. Will not sign me in. I get an error message repeatedly. But, I am able to sign in on car2go site with same sign in information (go figure). No support. When I try the link for support I get a blank page with an error message. Conceptually a great app, if it would work, but it does not. All in all a frustrating experience.

Handy, except when it isnt. Im pretty surprised theres no official app...the map for Granville island didnt work for me and sent me on a wild goose chase up to Granville st and then could not five me directions ...

I have been using car2go lite and thought that I could use the pro version for reserving cars. I tried to figure out how to use the reservation to get a car for the next day but I still cannot figure it out. Other than that, trip estimation doesnt work for me also. :( I hope that there will be an update soon.

App now always crashes when trying to view all cars. It was great before this started happening.

The Apple link to car2go Pro America Support opens as: Error 404 - Not found Update: This recent short lived crashing issue has been resolved. Important: If reserving a car with this or a similar app, the reservation takes effect immediately. To reserve a car in the future you must use the Car2Go website.

Awesome app and awesome fast support for a great service car2go. A must have.

This app has worked well for me when I need a car on the spot. It will not, however, allow you to book a car for a later time. There is no way to do this. Very frustrating. Please add this feature.

The map showed an inaccurate location and when you book a car, its unable to display it on the map under My Bookings.

Was working well but the past couple of weeks the reservation has been off. Even up to 5 minutes away.

It does the work for me very well. Enjoying car 2 go much more than without this app.

Everything you would expect, except sort of incomplete map. Allows find nearest single car, or show multiple on separate map, but wont center show multiple on map to your exact location. Weird omission. With that, would be 5/5.

App crashes for the last 3 weeks once you have completed reserving a car: the close window button is unresponsive, app is stuck in that screen, have to re-boot iPhone every time - very annoying . Started happening after upgrade to iOS 5.0.1 Otherwise great app, would love if I didnt have to renew app license every 4 weeks

This app has 2 main failures. After you book a car, it disappears off the map, there is a link in the bookings section to google maps to find your car but it doesnt work, you have to remember where you booked it otherwise you cant find your booked car. Second failure is that it never centers its map to where you are, just the last location you were using, so you always have to find yourself on the map every time to see cars near you. I downloaded another app called C2G instead, it seems to work much better, without those 2 failures and it also tells you how many free spots there are in the designated parking spots too.
